We have lift off..... someone took her some steps!

Well, she did it. She took three steps. We hung out with Katie, Kasey and our families last night. The last time we were at Kaseys, Lillian crawled to me. Now I just need to have her sleep over there for a week while she is teething. :)

There is no stopping this girl now.

First Season Cheer Photos

I absolutely love these cheer pictures. At first we were all not sure how they were going to turn out b/c they were taken on a green screen.

They took all of the girls pictures (Ryan and Ari were in the same picture at the same time) and then added them all to a squad photo.

I think they turned out REALLY cute. I was impressed.

Over the weekend (Color coordinated and cousins)

I love when I pick the girls outfits out and get it right. I didn't realize that I put them in the same colors until they were dressed.

Lillian is starting to stand more. I love it b/c I will be able to get those cute pictures again. From the time she could crawl till now, it has been hard to get good shots with them without Lillian trying to get away.

Pink and gray girls.

I love this picture. Bronwyn is the best big girl cousin my girls could have. She teaches Ryan things and watches over Lilly.

Oliver and Colin came to visit twice in 2 weeks. It was awesome. We got to spend time with Stacey and the kids got to play. Lillian loved following them around, especially Ollie. She would be in her walked, hands out, feet a movin' and following Ollie.

I love then and now pictures. See below.

A little cupcake time

Well, poor Lilly. Already getting the "2nd child" syndrome.

Good ol' Texas weather. She strikes again. I had planned on a park birthday party for Lillian b/c all of her cousins are older. I thought they could play and the adults could talk.

What a great idea.......until the week of her party. Highs in the 40's.

So instead of trying to reschedule and find a place or hope that the new date wouldn't be as cold, we cancelled it. It's ok b/c the holidays are coming and all I see is ciaos. So what's a little calm birthday party before the holiday storm???

So we went to Nana and Pappa's for a cupcake. She liked it ok, but it was a lot of sugar.

Picking every single sprinkle off.... or trying to.

Ooooo, another sprinkle!

My attempt at a cool picture. Me taking Browyn taking Lillian's picture.

Sissy trying to get a kiss......and in the picture. :)

MILESTONE........she decided to stand up all by herself and continued to do it all evening long.

Thanks Aunt Katy (again) for the most adorable shirt. "This little love bug is 1~ Lillian Rose."

I found a girl from high school (Megan Matthews) who makes really cute cookies. She made these even though we didn't have the party. I gave them to all the cousins anyway.

My baby turned 1~

Oh sweet Lillian Rose...... you are 1 years old. Where did the time go?

We went to her 1 yr appt on the 10th. She cried the ENTIRE time. Poor thing is just a mess.

She is 20 lbs, 59th percentile and (can't remember the inches) but in the 12th percentile for her height :). Poor thing will be squatty like me!!

She is such the sweet, funny, yet stubborn little thing.

She isn't walking yet, but will walk along the couch. She can say dada and ma ma. She perks up when I ask where Ry Ry is. She loves to love on her little baby that Nana got for her.

She loves to mimic people. She will make a short sound and then when we make it back, she will play this game for minutes at a time.

She loves to go to school and loves to go to Ms Betty in particular. She hasn't cried much when I leave her, but I do it so fast that she doesn't really have time to process it. However, she is not one for going to other people like Ryan did. Lilly will go to her grandparents if distracted and I walk away. It makes me sad b/c I want her to want to be held by them. She will get there.

She doesn't like dogs or tall action figures. We have two 3 ft action figures, Darth Vadar and a Storm Trooper. Lillian hadn't given Darth much thought until he fell over and right next to her. Oh laud....... you would have thought she had gotten really scared. She cried out and crawled as fast as she could to me. And with dogs, no chance. She finally touched Bango (H-E and Josh's dog) with the (literally) tip of her finger to his head the other day.

Lillian loves to dance. Phillip will put music on when she is eating b/c he is usually getting dinner made for everyone else. Lillian can chair dance with the best of them. I will say that I have noticed too that if the radio isn't on and she is whimpering (small whine) and I turn music on, she will calm down.

She LOVES her walker. She doesn't care whose feet are in the way either. She will plow on through.

She has been sleeping better at night. Not completely all the way through without making a sound, but she goes down between 7-8 and wont' wake till 5am. I am good with that. However, she will whimper or cry out for a few but has been putting herself back to sleep. Also could be b/c Phillip and I literally just won't get up. :)

How precious you are Lilly Rose. We love you so much and can't wait to see what the next year brings. You are the most beautiful brunette in the world. Happy first birthday ladybug~

PS....waiting on the weather to see if she will have her birthday at the park. (Not likely as it was beautiful last Sunday and in the 70's. Then Tuesday came around and nothing above mid 40's. Sorry honey, we will make your 2nd birthday out of this world!!!!!

She is standing on her own, but for a brief moment. Plus she had the crib at her back to help stabilize.

This is her excited face. Lillian crinkles her nose every time she gets excited.

Thanks Aunt Katy for the onesie.

For those keeping tabs, this is Lillian eating with her left hand. I can remember watching Ryan trying to figure out what hand she would use for good. I know they switch back and forth and we won't know till later on. But I like having a lefty and how fun would it be to have 2 of them.

She looks drugged in every picture but I couldn't catch her eyes in any shot.

Her "Baby's first doll" from Nana.

How can she only be in the 12th percentile? She looks so long here.

Ryan went with Ari the other day so we brought her car seat in. Lillian had the most fun playing on it.

Big week for my girls!!!

Miss Ryan is about to hit a milestone. She has her first loose tooth. She was messing with something in her mouth Sunday and asked us what it was. It was a tooth coming in behind another tooth. She hasn't lost any yet so we were kind of concerned.

Well, I talked to a friend and she said that baby teeth are not held in very tight so have her wiggle it and it will eventually come out.

She has been wiggling it non stop. I am sure it will be out in a few days.

Thanks Aunt Katy for her WILD ABOUT KINDERGATEN shirt. She is rocking it today.

You can't see it real well, but there is a tooth behind the bottom tooth. Left front.

We went to an oils class last night and Ryan got a pretty good scrape on her arm. What do ya know..... there were oils there to put on. I actually had my own Purification with me. Here is how it looks in less than 24 hours.

Right after it happen.

At home about 2 hours later after a few applications.

Before bed after more applications.

This morning.

Yes, it still looks red, but there is only a small cut still and no ointments. Just oils.

Miss "I'm almost 1."

She is such a fun spirited little girl. She won't eat school lunches, but will inhale a piece of thin crust pizza.

She loves her walker and would run to her daddy, play around, laugh and then roll right on over to me for another bite. She ate the entire thing plus a whole frozen gogurt.

I have to document this b/c I will probably get bamboozled by this stubborn yet prove me wrong little girl.

Uncle Josh said yesterday (Nov 2nd approx. 12:00pm) that she will be walking by Nov 9th. I said no, but again she will probably prove me wrong. Uncle Josh....I am waiting for the $ to be in my pocket :)!! And to clarify, he means taking steps without holding on. :)

So needless to say this week I will have an almost 6 yr old "snaggle tooth" and a 1 year old. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
