First week still going good~

First week of school is still going good. Ryan is hanging in there and has been amazing.

 

Our mornings are going well and we are getting out on time. I have been walking her to the cafeteria. I have asked her if she wants me to drop her off in the carpool lane and I think she might be ready tomorrow. If not, I told her next week she can do it.

 

I don't have any doubt she will do it and love walking herself in.

Meet the Teacher/ First day of Kindergarten~

Friday before school was Meet the Teacher. Ryan got to meet Mrs Ayala. She is the new head of Kinder. She is new to the school, but has taught before and her nephew goes to Saigling.

 

Ryan got to wear her new dress and new shoes. She was ready.

 

 

 

Already hanging with her friends. Emma Wisinger in the blue top is in kinder, but not in Ryan's class. And the boy is John. He is in the after school program at Willow Bend and in first grade.

 

Someone has a locker!!!!!

Kindergarten



"Offical" Last day at daycare

Ok.....TODAY is the OFFICAL last day as a full time daycare girl.

 

She won't be going tomorrow as she is going with Granma and cousins to a hotel for an end of summer bash. The daycare is closed on Friday when we have meet and greet for kinder teachers.

 

Today was "Wear your favorite sports tshirt" day.

9 month pictures with Monkey

Lillian was 9 months old on Aug 7th. I have tried to take her monthly pictures with this monkey. I can't take them in her bed anymore b/c she will freak out thinking I am putting her to bed.

 

She is a very happy girl. She loves to be upside down, be tickled (like her sister), starting to stand up on EVERYTHING and has a sweet personality.

 

She loves puffs. They are Gerber snacks that dissolve in her mouth. She has learned to get those in her mouth no problem. She will dance to music, clap her hands, wave bye bye and hold her arm off when she says hi to someone.

 

Lillian loves to be with her sister. She will follow Ryan to her room. And follow, I mean crawl and crawl fast. She has mastered the art of crawling.

 

We are still having night issues. She will wake up around 11pm every night. We have slept through the 3am feeding a few times. And it seems once that happens once or twice in a row, she will get stuffy or wake up again.

 

I can't wait till I can post that she has slept 7 days in a row.

 

I know me and Phillip need it, but it is for her. She is a baby and needs that routine and sleep.

 



Beginning of our "lasts" and "firsts"

What a time of year. Who knew Lillian would be having a bunch of her firsts when Ryan was having her lasts. She is going to her last week of daycare before school starts.

 

She is so ready. She loves telling people the name of her school. We are also putting her in cheer. Ari is starting and I think it will be great for them to see each other every week since they are not going to the same Elem school.

We went to Nanas and she had some veggies from a can and some mandarin oranges.

 

We went over there for Heath's birthday. Happy birthday Bubba!

Thanks Nana for her new toy. She loved walking on her knees with it, (trying to walk on her feet but she was too fast and landed on her face) and playing the noises and music.

 

FIRST: eating mac n cheese

 

We went to Buffalo Wild Wings and she ate mac n cheese like a big girl. She had a Mohawk, but the light didn't show it all too well.

FIRST: Kinder backpack

 

She said to me this morning "Mom, we say going to kinder right b/c that's for Kindergarten." Nothing gets by her :).

 

Thanks Nana for her FIRST backpack with her name on. She received it Saturday and she has worn it everyday since. She will role play around the house like she is 17 (she is always 17) and going to school. She loves the matching lunch box.

 

It's as big as she is.

 

LAST: Field trip day as a full time girl at daycare (school to her). They are going to Build a Bear.

 

LAST: Splash Day as a full time girl at daycare.



Fashion show and 4th tooth!!

Well, little Lilly has her 4th tooth. The 3rd one, which is on top, hasn't dropped completely but is there.

 

Lillian was going upside down, as she loves to do, and I think I saw another tooth bud on the other upper side.

 

Love her in headbands. I only really put them on her Sundays and if we go out. I don't do it at school.

Ryan got her first REAL COKE from Granma. She told me to send this picture to Nana, H-E and Hay and tell them that she got to taste REAL COKE. She was so funny about it.

 

If we have gone 5.5 years without her tasting real coke, we are doing a pretty good job.

Ryan is still taking gymnastics. She has been going for a at least a year now, if not longer.

 

Lillian has been going with me the last few times and loves to watch all the girls. She found Ryan and waved at her for a long time.

This is my heart. I love this. Ryan and Phillip always wrestle and play around, but now Lilly is getting into it. She actually crawled up to Phillip and started climbing on him.
