This to shall pass.....

"6 months, oh I love that age." That's what a lot of people say. I too, except from about 10pm-6am.

Lillian is not having the most peaceful sleep. She gets up anywhere from midnight/1am to 2/3am.

Most of the time she is hungry, but there are times where she wakes up and can't get herself back to sleep. So the only thing that will calm her is the bottle.

Oh what a genius I am.........or so I thought.

I made a "bottle" with her pacy to trick her. I JUST knew it was going to work. But that stinker knew the difference.

With all that said, she is such a sweetheart. She loves her sister and Ryan loves to make her laugh. I really can't get over how sweet Ryan is to Lillian.

Lillian is now sitting up on her own, no assistance. She is eating baby food. She has had, cereal with fruit, peas, sweet pots, carrots, apples and pears. She really likes food, but has contributed to bad diaper rash.

So we are going to go back to cereal only for a few days.

So the picture below is the contraption that I created thinking it would work. Makes me sad. I thought I had something there for a minute.

I have also ordered Vanilla Scented pacifiers. I want to look back on this blog and say that it was the best move that I have made. I want her to take something that will get her back to sleep.

I have made some progress with the pacy animal, but at night she just gets to upset and won't take anything but a bottle.

Lillian with Uncle Josh's hat on.

Now this is RYAN with Phillip's hat. They could be sisters :).

Lillian in HER new hat.

Ready for some fun in the sun!

Love this picture. Ryan at her cotillion.
She looks so old there.

Lillian's turn to take my picture

I took Lillian's picture this morning in her skirt. She turned and saw Ryan's Barbie camera and tried to grab it.

I guess it was her turn to take MY picture.

Bye Bye

I know the baby isn't really talking, but when we say "bye bye" she will repeat that. She is so cute. I love babies when they talk and can't really pronounce the word.

She is also trying to cut her top teeth. She is drooling and chewing. And thankfully it's not like the first tooth. That was really bad. Yet, now that she has two they just keep coming in.

Excuse the drool that comes out of her mouth right as she turns to the camera. AND.... I tried getting a video of her in the car seat but every time.....EVERY time I would hit record she wouldn't say it. Then I would turn the video off and "bye bye....bye bye."

So this is while we were trying to get in the car.

Friends

These are pictures of the girls and babies at the Spring Fair.

They run around too much now to try and get pictures after they release them to hunt eggs.

Friends for life.

Hugging their baskets.... don't know why. They are silly.

That hair....

Cutie pies

Sitting in the train

Lillian is not impressed.

Lillian's stats

Lillian had her 6 month appointment on May 13th. She weighed 15# 11oz which is the 40th %tile and she was 25 inches long which is the 20th %tile.

She had more shots and was prescribed allergy medicine. We are hoping that it works and helps her not be so congested when stuff blows in.

She is now sitting up, has two teeth (might have said that in a previous post) and loves the excersaucer.

She is now eating fruit from the mesh bag. The frozen fruit seems to help her teeth and boy does she suck it through fast.

Getting the hang of it.

Working on that apple.

Ryan made me a flower arrangement for Mother's Day. This will last forever.

Love her faces.

Lillian has also moved up to Infant B. This was her first day in the new class.

Such a happy girl. I love her new bib!

Exersaucer pictures. She loves playing in it. It was the best buy so far and I got it at Once Upon a Child. Cheaper than from a store.

First time in a highchair. She was in there till we got ready to eat. She liked it, but still feel over a few times.

It's that time of year. I want this girl to love swimming like me and Ryan. Got her a new hat.

Sisters!! Becky bought them new outfits.

It's so much fun to see how Lillian looks at Ryan. She loves her so much.

Well, at times not sure what her sister is saying to her. :)

Tickle time

Ryan stayed with Heather, Josh and kids recently. I have seen Heather do this, but didn't know her kids did it. And now Ryan wants to. It's her Night Coat. She wanted to cut a shirt to make it like a jacket. So cute.

Saturday night was beautiful. I told Ryan that we would walk to Gloria's from Aunt H-E's. Well Josh ended up taking them on the golf cart. But Ryan still wanted to walk. So we parked next to their house, put our shades on and went to walking. We had a great time.

Crazy Cousins

The Hodges'

Hayley and Brent are MARRIED!!!

I am so excited for them. I have a few pictures here and sending the rest to blog about.

They had a photo booth which was SO MUCH fun. It was awesome that the kids figured out how to work it and got some really great picture.

Love the "middles." We don't call them the little's anymore b/c Lillian is the little.

Thanks to CY for watching Lillian during the ceremony. She was an angel for her. CY has that touch!!

Hunter and Bridget

I love this picture. The kids got mom out on the dance floor.

The morning after. We were so tired. Both girls were great and were up a long time!!

At the rehearsal dinner.

Me and Ry Ry on the way to the rehearsal dinner.

Becky got the girls a groupon for professional pictures. This is one that I took when the photographer left the room, but love her expression.

This is right before the pictures. Ryan was so excited about her new dress and shoes.

The picture we got in big print.

Ms Lilly in her dress at the wedding. She was just sitting up and so precious.
